Magnetic Contactless Crank-rocker Machine

Objective: In this paper, a proposed technique of motion transmission is introduced, which based on the crank-rocker principle motion. The energy action performed through magnetic force, in no direct connection made between source input and load output. Also, to illustrate concept approve continuity using technique, simple model mechanism has been built run, showing basic sequence operation. Methodology/analysis: mechanical mechanism, one side rotating other vibrating, any (which usually vibrating rocker), output crank). That seems similar classical machine four-bar but without contact stream. mathematical analysis with structuring conditions provided where dynamic system left for future work. A pilot physical prototype manufactured experimentally tested, validating design. Findings: structural parameters contactless have modelled simulated MATLAB program. It shows that these could be selected optimized guarantee minimum continued transmission. Based parameters, operated, illustrates validates finding simulation. Novelty/improvement:Contactless very promising technique. possible apply it many applications, like harvesting area, employed certainly specific designs, such as MEMS, types can used.
